Hillary either lied or was mistaken. She claims that all the Repubs supported the war, but that's simply not true. Ron Paul didn't, for instance. Why did she lie?
I would have loved to have been there to ask all of the candidates if any of them could answer this question: What is the difference between the Berlin wall and the border fence being built on the southern border?
If none of them could answer that question, one even the most simple of simpletons could answer, then I put forth that none of them have the intelligence or mental integrity to be president.
I don't understand how so many democrats can keep comparing our border fence to the Berlin Wall. News Flash, the Berlin Wall DIVIDED A SINGLE NATION IN HALF. The border fence is between TWO DIFFERENT COUNTRIES OF TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NATIONS WITH TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT LANGUAGES!

"Truth, Peace, Love & No Fear" and you write about a spiritual understanding - and going beyond propaganda, and then I see the political debates here.
If you are searching spiritual truth, peace and love (which excludes fear anyway), why aren't you featuring spiritual information?
Don't get me wrong, I appreciate watching the debate; and I resonate with your spiritual aim, but I'm wondering why you get into politics?
If you want a NO NONSENSE leader who wont just give lip service during the elections and then take the path of least resistance once elected, and you support the following issues: An IMMEDIATE end to War in Iraq, an end to the Patriot Act, protection for a womans right to choose, equal rights for gays/lesbians and universal health care, your ONLY choice is Mike Gravel!

I myself am a Buddhist and have been for the last 21 yrs. I love this site! I think it is very valid from the author of this site to look for truth in this way.
How can you live in truth if all around you see lies. Is it more truth-full to turn your head away or just "close your eyes" and shut down so you can reach a truth?
I do not think so. To be spiritual yo have to be aware.

I forgot tomention that in Buddhism you call it a "practice" because that is all it is, when you meditate, when you pray, when you study you ara practicing, giving yourself TOOLS for the real life. What a better way, for instance thatn to show your spirituality than to pracice leading people:stop war, show compassion, advocate peace. In my opinion the only reson you were surprised to find politics in this place is because we are so use to see as a disparity a polititioan and a spiritual leader, we are so not used to that, and look what Ghandi was, HE was a politician as well...even Mandela, so spiritualy srtong, a stron spirit.... in anyways...i just wanted to add tthis and sorry i am posting anon as well but I cant remember my password
